The 2026 Kia K4 comes equipped with a choice of two engines. The standard powertrain is a 2.0L 4-cylinder engine producing 147 horsepower and 132 lb. ft of torque. For enhanced performance, a 1.6T GDI turbocharged engine is available exclusively on the GT-Line trim of the K4, producing 190 horsepower and 195 lb. ft of torque. Standard features across the K4 lineup are heated power side mirrors, auto LED headlights, 16-inch wheels, 4-wheel disc brakes, air conditioning, HD/satellite radio connectivity, 4 speakers, a 12.3-inch touchscreen multimedia center, adaptive cruise control with stop-go, wireless device connectivity, and 4 USB ports. The LXS trim adds 16-inch alloy wheels, folding rear seats, an upgraded 6-speaker sound system, blind spot monitoring and a rear collision mitigation system. The EX trim is the first trim level that offers the hatchback body style as an option. It adds 17-inch alloy wheels, heated front seats, leatherette seat trim, automatic front dual-zone air conditioning, a wireless device charger, a leatherette wrapped steering wheel, and 1-touch up/down front windows. Both GT-Line trims feature sport tuned suspension, larger 12-inch disc brakes, turn signal indicators in the mirrors, 18-inch alloy wheels, an 8-way power adjustable driver seat and a sport steering wheel. The turbo GT-Line exclusively features a first-row sunroof, LED fog lights, voice activated air conditioning, a branded 8-speaker sound system, integrated voice activated navigation, radar type cruise control and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Standard safety features include 8 airbags, anti-lock brakes, traction/stability control, forward collision avoidance assist, lane keeping assist and a driver attention alert.
