The LS 500 undergoes a refresh for 2026, bringing out a limited production Heritage edition trim, of which only 250 units will be produced. This exciting upgrade is being made to honor the outgoing LS model which served as Lexus' first sedan! Changes include a ?ninety noir' black paint colour which aligns with the added black exterior moldings and garnishes, unique 20-inch wheels, and a Rioja red interior. New Heritage edition emblems adorn the interior center console.

The LS 500 is equipped with a 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6 engine that generates 416 horsepower and 442 lb. ft. of torque and is mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. The LS 500 is full of safety technology with Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, including forward collision with automated braking and pedestrian detection, rear collision mitigation, left-turn intersection assistance, adaptive cruise control with traffic stop-and-go, blind spot monitoring, front and rear parking sensors, automatic high beams, driver attention alert, traffic sign recognition, and enhanced lane tracing system.

The Heritage edition also gets the air suspension with height adjust levels, previously found on the hybrid series, a 23-speaker Mark Levison surround sound, 28-way power adjustable driver seat with massage and memory settings, and 20-way power adjustable seats with memory settings. The intuitive parking assist with auto braking is also standard for 2026.
