Genesis G70
The 2026 Genesis G70 is available in three trim levels: 2.5T Standard, 2.5T Prestige and 3.3T Sport Prestige. These trims are available with either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, with two different powertrains offered.
The G70 2.5T is a 2.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that puts out 300 horsepower and 311 lb.-ft of torque. The G70 3.3T gets a 3.3L twin-turbo V6, making an impressive 368 horsepower and 376 lb.-ft of torque. Both engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The 8-speed transmission is Genesis' Shiftronic transmission with rev-matching to shift gears at the opportune time. Rear-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available on all trims, which works with dynamic torque vectoring to improve handling on all road conditions.
The G70 stands out and makes a statement with its aggressive wide stance, sharp lines, sleek profile, and signature Genesis crosshatch grille. The front end is highlighted by open intakes and sweeping headlights, while the short tapering back end adds to the sporty look. Inside the luxury comes to life with fine details such as leather trim and contrasting stitching which enhance the driver's experience inside the G70.
The entry level G70 2.5T comes nicely equipped with 19-inch alloy wheels, chrome exterior trim, leather-wrapped steering wheel, 8-way power front seats, remote keyless entry, dual-zone temperature control, HomeLink compatible garage door transmitter, leatherette seats, 5 USB ports, 6-speaker audio system and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, plus wireless phone connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The 2.5T is available in rear-wheel or all-wheel drive.
The 3.3T adds a 12-way power front driver seat control, leather seats, sport pedals, 15-speakers, proximity smart device-as-key, head-up display, aerial view camera system, and rain sensing windshield wipers, driver seat memory that includes the door mirrors and steering wheel, and front and rear parking sensors. In addition, the AWD adds a sport suspension.
Safety features are plentiful on the G70, including both passive and active safety technology on all trim levels. Standard safety features include blind spot detection, forward collision mitigation w/left turn assist, rear collision warning, front pedestrian detection, driver attention alert, hands-on steering assist with lane centering, lane departure warning, rearview camera, and 10 airbags.
