Honda CR-V
Honda's sixth-generation CR-V continues to be a top competitor in the compact SUV landscape. The 2026 Honda CR-Vs are all powered by a turbocharged 1.5L 4-cylinder engine, mated to a continuously variable transmission (CVT). This unit produces 190 HP and 179 lb.-ft of torque and is EPA-rated at 28 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway on front-wheel-drive models. The Hybrid CR-V is powered by a 2L four-cylinder engine that produces 145 HP combined with an electric motor that increases the horsepower to a total of 204. The Hybrid CR-V is available in four trims Sport, Sport-L, and Sport Touring.
Like much of Honda's lineup, the CR-V is offered in three trims: LX, EX, EX-L. Standard features include automatic air conditioning, adaptive cruise control with stop-go feature, hands-free Bluetooth connectivity, 4-speaker audio system with Pandora compatibility, 9-inch touchscreen and premium cloth seating, with a one-motion 60/40 split "dive-down" rear seat.
EX models feature 18-inch alloy wheels, a 6-way power adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support, heated front seats and side mirrors, power sunroof, LED exterior lighting, a tailgate spoiler, a 6-speaker audio system, and 4 USB ports for added convenience.
EX-L trims add keyless entry and push-button start, integrated turn signals on the side mirrors, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support. Additional upgrades include an 8-speaker audio system, a 9-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual-zone automatic climate control, front and rear parking sensors, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and a power liftgate for added convenience.
The CR-V Hybrid is also available in two drive-train options and now includes a new TrailSport trim, bringing the total number of trims to four. The Sport trim includes 18-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights, adaptive cruise control, a 6-speaker audio system, a 9-inch touchscreen, 4 USB ports, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The new TrailSport trim enhances the rugged appeal with unique 18-inch wheels fitted with all-terrain tires, a front skid plate, black exterior accents, and exclusive styling details.
At the top, the Sport Touring trim adds premium features such as a hands-free power liftgate, 19-inch alloy wheels, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, leather seats, driver's seat memory, ambient interior lighting, satellite radio, a 12-speaker sound system, voice-activated navigation, Wi-Fi hotspot capability, and wireless device charging.
Standard safety features include active lane departure, forward collision mitigation, pedestrian detection, driver attention monitoring, and a traffic sign recognition system. Blind spot monitoring and rear collision mitigation are also standard across all trims except the base LX. Additionally, the EX-L, Hybrid Sport L, and Hybrid Sport Touring trims come equipped with front and rear parking sensors.
