BMW X3
The BMW X3 is available in two all-wheel-drive variants: 30 xDrive, and M50 xDrive. The 30 xDrive and utilizes a 2L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that produces 255 horsepower. The M50 xDrive is powered by a 3.0L turbocharged 6-cylinder engine with 393 horsepower.
All X3 models come with the 48V mild hybrid system and utilize an 8-speed automatic transmission with responsive shift characteristics and paddle shifters, and an Eco Pro mode that enhances efficiency through optimized climate control, modified throttle response, and adjusted shift patterns. Standard features include auto stop/start functionality and brake energy regeneration. The xDrive all-wheel-drive system works in conjunction with dynamic stability control to distribute power effectively across varying road conditions.
The 30 xDrive comes equipped with 19-inch wheels, LED headlights, power liftgate, and power-folding heated side mirrors. Interior appointments include BMW's infotainment system with smartphone integration, 12-speaker audio system, power-adjustable front seats with memory function, reclining rear seats, multi-zone climate control, parking assistant, and 40/20/40 split rear seats. A new seal and drive tire kit is also available for 2026.
The X3 M50 xDrive adds performance-focused components including enhanced brakes with distinctive calipers, sport exhaust system, firmer suspension tuning, and performance tires. Additional standard features include synthetic leather dashboard covering, heated leather sport steering wheel, satellite radio capability, and more aggressive exterior styling elements.
Safety features across all X3 models include multiple airbags, stability control systems, parking sensors, lane departure alert, blind spot monitoring, forward collision mitigation, rear collision warning, pedestrian detection capability, lane keeping assistant with speed limit assistant, and active park distance control with side protection/monitoring, and driver attention monitoring.
